This seminal autobiography by Charles S. Rhyne discusses the meaning of the rule of law and how one can equally provide human rights, freedoms, justice and orderly peaceful relations among nations and their people.

Charles S. Rhyne was the youngest president of the American Bar Association when he was only 45 years old. From there he advocated to develop the field of international law as a method to support world peace. It was Charles Rhyne who laid the foundation stone of the World Jurist Association and held the position of first president in the association’s history.
